Pricing and Availability :
 
We reserve the right to change pricing and availability without notice. In the event we run out of certain products and do not have the item that you've ordered in stock, we will notify you within 72 hours of placing your order. You will have the option to remove the item from the order or wait till the items are available. Charges for out-of-stock items will only appear on your credit card statement if you choose to have the item shipped when we receive it.
 
Shipping :
 
At this time we ship within Malaysia. We will ship in stock items within 72 business hours of receiving your order. Items on back order will be shipped when available. Shipping of parcels is done through Poslaju Delivery Service ( by POS Malaysia ).
 
Delivery standard is as that provided by Poslaju. Delivery standard of next working day is applicable for areas covered by Poslaju Centres. For other areas within Malaysia, the delivery standard is within 2-3 working days.  

Tariff for parcels are in RM, inclusive of fuel surcharge, handling charges, insurance and GST. Shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout according to amount you ordered.

Return Policy :
 
Customer satisfaction is important to us. We are dedicated to offering you superior quality and professional service. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Damages and defects not reported within 3 days of receipt will not be accepted for return. We will gladly accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of receipt on unopened, unused and in resalable condition merchandise less all shipping costs. If there were free gifts with purchase , kindly return all unused. Returned merchandise must be received by us within a fourteen (14) day time period. Shipping cost of returned goods is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed. Please pack merchandise securely in the original shipping package and send it via insured post with a track-able confirmation number as all items must be received in resalable condition. Upon receiving and after inspecting the unopened / unused items, if approved, we will e mail a credit confirmation for the cost of the merchandise minus all applicable shipping costs. Credits cannot be issued until the merchandise has been received by us. No refunds will be issued. Please allow up to 10 days for processing your return once we receive it.
 
We cannot and will not accept returns or exchanges on open or used items.
